Gangway

Summary

The Gangway is an equipment for people boarding and disembarking safely and favorably during oil tanker operating at modern size oil dock. For the dock more than 50,000-ton, it is difficult to settle the contact between ship and dock with accommodation ladder, therefore gangway become  a necessary equipment at size dock. The different docks have different design parameters, the gangway should be designed according to different requests to meet the requirements of different boarding work.

 Features:

1. Steady, agile, safe operation and convenient maintenance.
2. The ladder body is aluminum alloy, light and safe.
3. The triangle ladder and front ladder are connected with single point, so that the land wheel under triangle ladder will still keep contacting with deck of ship steadily and be immune from influence from bump of ship and inequality of deck.
4. The hydraulic system is arranged suitably weatherproof and corrosion resistant and convenient to maintain.
5. Control cabinet is mounted on bottom platform to make operating intuitive and convenient. Every operation such as pitching of main ladder and front ladder, setting of triangle ladder, elevating and rotating of service platform can be accomplished on bottom platform.
6. Explosion-proof electrical equipments are provided by domestic and abroad well-known manufacturers. The key hydraulic components can be imported from foreign quality suppliers to customer’s request.  
7. The gangway has protection device and locking device under closing state.

DCT-A Gangway

It is made of main ladder, front ladder, triangle ladder, slewing platform, draughting mechanism and riser. The gangway accomplishes pitching through hydraulic cylinder driving the front ladder and wirerope draughting the main ladder, accomplishes horizontal slewing through cylinder driving all ladders. Slewing cylinder can be in freewheel during contacting without counterweight. It is applied for the dock of 80,000 tons capacity. 

DCT-B Gangway

It is made of main ladder, front ladder, triangle ladder, slewing platform, lifting mechanism and tower frame. The gangway is equipped with multiplatform. The triangle ladder, front ladder and main ladder are arranged for an arm to make more application range, through hydraulic cylinder driving the ladders to accomplish pitching and extending. Extending and shrinking of slewing cylinder drive the platform slewing in a range of minus 90 degrees to 90 degrees in horizontal. Accomplish elevating of the slewing platform by the reducer pulling platform and ladders through pulley block. Slewing mechanism and main ladder can be in freewheel during contacting. It is applied for the dock of 50,000 tons capacity.
